Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced and skilled Skid Steer Operator to join our team. As a Skid Steer Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining skid steer loaders for various construction projects. Your expertise in operating heavy machinery and attention to safety protocols will contribute to the successful completion of our projects.

Main Responsililities

  • Operate skid steer loaders to perform tasks such as grading, excavating, backfilling, and moving materials.
  • Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on skid steer loaders to ensure proper functioning.
  • Collaborate with the project team to efficiently complete assigned tasks.
  • Adhere to project specifications and blueprints.
  • Handle and transport materials using the skid steer loader.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Skid Steer Operator or similar role.
  • Valid skid steer operator certification or license.
  • Proficient in operating skid steer loaders with precision and accuracy.
  • Strong understanding of safety procedures and protocols.
  • Ability to read and interpret project specifications and blueprints.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical stamina.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license.
