Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience developing and executing blended learning solutions for adults
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
     

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Post secondary education in adult learning
  • Advanced facilitation skills preferably in e-learning model

Day in the life:

 

As the L&D Lead, your main objective will be to drive individual and business growth by building capability within the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify changing skills needs and actively manage learning offerings. By partnering with business leaders, HR, and operations, you will identify learning and development needs and collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop blended learning experiences that support our company's strategy.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring alignment between our training programs and other talent systems and initiatives. You will also work with vendors/suppliers, develop proposals, and oversee their work. Tracking and reporting on training activities, including attendance, engagement, completion rates, success rates, and budget, will be part of your role. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing training calendars, ensuring alignment with our business and learner needs.
