Minimum Qualifications:

  • Strong computer skills using MS Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Post secondary education in Administration
  • Manufacturing coordinating experience
  • Experience in an administrative or construction environment

Day in the Life

Everyday you will have the opportunity to collaborate with different team members and learn multiple areas of the business.  From inputting  and reviewing timecard entry's and payroll, creating requisitions, work orders, purchase orders and performing daily administration duties, to tracking quantities of aggregate transfers and submitting MOL Notice of Activities, you will be able to have a full understanding of our  Southern Ontario Aggregates Resources Group.

It is important to be adaptable as priorities and tasks can change quickly throughout the day. You will be able to make processes of your own and be accountable for your projects. The central purpose of your job will be supporting the aggregates business and assisting when and where necessary.
