Job Summary

This position works closely with, and under the direct supervision of, the Environmental Manager/ Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Facilitator, providing administrative support to that department and others such as Risk, Safety, Human Resources, and Manufacturing.

Primary duties will include data collection and entry, research, compilation of information, development of written work product and materials, and internal & external communications, while exercising judgment in planning, prioritizing and organizing a diversified workload. The work will likely include confidential and critical information of a proprietary nature.

Additional duties may include coordinating training, meetings and events, public outreach, and working on special projects.

Interactions will involve a diverse group of internal and external collaborators as well as internal contacts throughout the organization.

This position will be encouraged to familiarize themselves and assist with Colaska’s environmental obligations and CSR commitments and will develop and employ a strong understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, standards, technology, etc. and their impact on department activities.

Education

  • High school diploma is preferred or equivalent.
