The Regional Shop Manager is responsible for optimizing the performance of the equipment fleet and shops across the regions within the regional geographic area/scope. 

Main Responsibilities

  • Manages the equipment fleet: applies and enforces the fleet maintenance policy and shop operations defined by the Management, draws up and monitors maintenance and investment budgets, manages investment orders, participates in supplier negotiations, etc.

  • Manages the Technical part and participates in the development of innovations: advises and assists the Operational Unit Managers on the management and use of equipment, participates in technical, technological and logistical choices, keeps a watch on the market to detect innovations, etc.

  • Consolidates, analyzes and shares performance data: leads and challenges teams, carries out benchmarks and reporting (OPEX, CAPEX, TUM), etc.

  • Guarantees compliance with the QHSE approach: monitors the conformity of equipment, proposes technical solutions to improve the safety of personnel, ensures compliance with quality, health, safety and environmental rules, etc.

  • Manages the teams: organizes the network of workshop managers, recruits, participates in the training plan and in the management decisions of employees, etc.



  • Typically requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and at least 4-5 years of experience in a similar environment 

  • Strong leadership ability and proven experience leading teams

  • Ability to manage budgets

  • Life cycle analysis

  • 10 plus years of shop management and construction equipment
