Customer Services Supervisor

Purpose of the Role
Continental Bitumen UK is part of the Colas Group, based in Avonmouth and recruiting a Customer Service Supervisor to support the business. As Customer Service Supervisor you will manage the day-to-day customer service operations, facilitating customer deliveries and collections. As the role is based at the vibrant Avonmouth docks, you will reside close by or have your own transport.
Main Responsibilities
The role is split into three key areas; Customer service: Receive and facilitate customer orders and administration of sales. Planning: Support haulage planning, integrate customer collections and manage purchases from third party bitumen facilities. Invoicing: Raise customer invoices and resolve any invoice queries. You will ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to smooth logistics operations. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety are essential for success in this role. Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer focussed administrative role and be conversant with Word and Excel. You will be a team player with a willingness to learn, good communication skills, good written and oral skills, able to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability.
