HR GENERALIST
Responsibilities:
- Participating in the implementation of the HR strategy in accordance with company’s policies
- Supporting of the Hungarian subsidiaries in HR-related requests
- Managing end-to-end recruitment of white- and blue-collar workers
- Being responsible for HR controlling/reporting, and making presentations
- Participating in HR related projects
- Maniging employee data in the HRIS, keeping the database up-to-date
- Coordinating the process of employee engagement survey
- Cooperating in talent and career management processes, supporting the development of employee competencies
- Keeping contact with HQ HR team members and taking part in the deployment of international campaigns
Requirements:
- Higher education in the field of HR
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in multinational environment
- Fluency in English and in Hungarian (written and spoken)
- B category driving license (and willingness to travel)
- Confident use of MS Office (especially Excel, PPT)
- Professional competencies: experience in recruitment, hands-on experience with HRIS tools, strong knowledge of HR controlling
- Personal competencies: Strong analytical, organizational, and coordination skills, excellent communication, proactivity, system-approach, solution-oriented mindset
