Employment Details

• Employment Type: Full-time, Executive Position

• Work Schedule: Six (6) working days per week

• Project Location: Alexandria (Abo Qir)

Role Summary

The Deputy Security Manager will support the Security Manager in overseeing and executing all security operations for a strategic infrastructure project in Alexandria. The role is operational, supervisory, and leadership-driven, ensuring asset protection, personnel safety, and compliance with national and corporate security standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily security operations across site facilities

• Lead, coordinate, and discipline security teams and guards

• Conduct risk assessments and incident investigations

• Liaise with local authorities and internal stakeholders

• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and emergency protocols

• Support crisis management and contingency planning

Candidate Profile & Eligibility

• Mandatory: Ex-military background (officer or senior NCO level)

• Residence: Must currently reside in Alexandria

• Proven experience in security supervision or site security management

• Strong leadership, discipline, and decision-making skills

• Ability to operate in high-pressure, high-visibility environments
