- Reporting To: Project Director
Key Responsibilities:

Project Scheduling & Planning:
- Develop and manage the project schedule, covering design, procurement, installation, and testing phases.
- Incorporate contractual milestones and ensure alignment with the Initial Work Programme (IWP).
- Optimize schedules by identifying risks, creating mitigation plans, and ensuring compliance with partners' schedules.

Coordination & Documentation:
- Work with the Project Control team to consolidate schedules and participate in weekly meetings.
- Prepare schedule-related documentation, including bar charts, Tilos extracts, and performance reports.
- Maintain updated schedules with monthly progress reviews and 30-day & 90-day look-ahead programs.

Team & Stakeholder Management:
- Lead the planning team, ensuring quality inputs and performance reviews.
- Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders, clients, and authorities.
- Oversee the interface with BIM 4D modeling.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
- Languages: Fluent in English & Egyptian Arabic (French is a plus).
- Technical Skills:
- Expertise in Primavera, Tilos, and other scheduling tools.
- Engineering background with at least 15 years of experience in major construction projects.
- Knowledge of PMBOK® and BIM 4D.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and electronic document management tools.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a multicultural, multidisciplinary team.
- Problem-solving mindset with self-motivation and leadership capabilities.
