Senior Quality Engineer

Core Functions-Tasks / Key Results Expected

• 1. Monitor the implementation of the approved Project Quality Plan (PQP) and oversee material approvals, IFC drawings, method statements, field changes, COPQ, and calibration logs.  
• 2. Implement the Inspection Test Plan and related checklists.  
• 3. Maintain submittal logs, including Internal and External Inspection Requests, Non-Conformance Reports, and Material Test Reports.  
• 4. Coordinate with the project team to ensure compliance with the Inspection and Testing Plan.  
• 5. Conduct site surveillance to ensure work aligns with approved drawings and materials, reporting any non-conformities.  
• 6. Monitor site work instructions and attend pre-construction meetings.  
• 7. Manage Quality Toolbox Talks and Induction sessions per the monitoring plan.
