Primary Function:

 

Operate a crawler type tractor to excavate and load excavated materials.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • This includes, but is not limited to the following:
  • Excavates and loads excavated materials
  • Load material from stockpiles
  • Ability to assist with the maintenance and normal operating adjustments to equipment
  • Ability to operate in a safe and consistent manner

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Experience of six months to one year
  • Knowledge of working around underground utilities and overhead wires
  • Ability to oil, grease, service and make normal operating adjustments to equipment
  • Willingness to work nights and weekends
  • Provide own transportation

 

Physical Requirements:

 

  • Must be able to come to work every day.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 - 100 pounds
