Warehouse Manager - Railway System Construction
Mission
To manage the storage, handling, and distribution of materials and equipment for the Metro Manila Subway Project. The Warehouse Manager ensures inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and alignment with construction phasing requirements.
Main Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Inventory Control & Documentation- Maintain a comprehensive inventory tracking system with real-time visibility
- Record all incoming/outgoing materials with full traceability
- Conduct regular audits and resolve discrepancies
- Implement stock control procedures to prevent shortages or overstocking
- Prepare detailed inventory reports for stakeholders
- Ensure documentation is complete, compliant, and retrievable
- Collaborate with procurement and construction teams to anticipate material needs
Logistics Coordination- Coordinate deliveries and dispatches per construction schedules
- Liaise with suppliers, transport providers, and site teams
- Maintain vehicle records and ensure preventive maintenance
- Assess warehouse sizing and layout for full project scope
- Optimize internal logistics flows across construction zones
Warehouse Operations- Supervise daily warehouse activities and staff
- Develop and enforce SOPs for warehouse workflows
- Manage layout and zoning for efficient material handling
- Ensure proper storage conditions for sensitive equipment
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Lead staff training and performance monitoring
- Coordinate with QA teams for inspections and non-conformance handling
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
System Integration- Align warehouse operations with system installation phases
- Support integration with planning tools such as Primavera P6 and other relevant platforms
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse/logistics management, preferably in infrastructure or railway projects
- Strong knowledge of inventory systems and warehouse safety
- Proficiency in MS Office and inventory software
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic timelines
- Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects
- Familiarity with construction phasing and digital logistics platforms
