To provide administrative support for the equipment division of Sully-Miller Contracting Co.



  • Verify and review all Fueler Plus entries before uploading
  • Establish/Renew all shop purchase orders
  • Set up/Modify/Maintain Vendor Compliance List
  • Enter outside moves into Heavy Job
  • Enter work orders and department timesheets
  • Post all daily move, rental and equipment locater sheets to the G Drive
  • Order and maintain office supplies for equipment division
  • Provide special reports as assigned
  • Maintain all equipment division files



  • Knowledge of construction equipment
  • intermediate Excel skills required
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Effective verbal and written communication.
  • Good phone skills.
