Mission

This role manages the procurement post-order execution, focusing on delivery acceleration and quality assurance. He/She will be responsible for speeding up or ensuring the adherence to delivery schedules and in full compliance with project specifications

Main Responsibilities

Coordination: Liaising with the warehouse, production, drivers, and sometimes customers to schedule and coordinate pickups and deliveries.

Tracking and Monitoring: Actively monitoring the status of local deliveries to ensure they are on track.

Troubleshooting: Proactively identifying and resolving any issues or bottlenecks that could delay a local delivery, such as route problems, stock shortages, or receiving discrepancies.

Documentation: Preparing and managing the necessary paperwork (e.g., delivery documents, receipts, delivery logs).

Communication: Keeping all internal and external parties informed about the status, delays, or changes regarding their local orders.
