Mission

Manage projects focused on ensuring the performance and continued improvement of the procurement function and network.

Main Responsibilities

• Identifies suitable suppliers and develops a sourcing strategy based on analysis of available data.
  
  
• Engages technical, legal and commercial team before and during contracting.
  
  
• Prepares, recommends and/or coordinates negotiations strategies with technical and legal teams and leads contract negotiations.
  
  
• Secures position of relevant stakeholders (insurance, logistics, finance, safety and environment teams, etc) to ensure contracts and negotiation plans are well prepared.
  
  
• Conducts financial evaluation of bids received, validates technical evaluation, recommends award and negotiation strategies
  
  
• Issues and conduct contract rollouts to ensure calibrated alignment of stakeholders on major contracts.
  
  
• Fosters professional and good relationships with suppliers which includes resolving supplier delivery, payment and other contractual issues.
  
  
• Conforms to the company’s Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety, Asset Management, Continuity Management System and Information Management Systems policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines based on ISO 9001, ISO 14001 Standards
