Project Coordination and Interface Manager

Mission

Oversees the operation of the Laboratory or a section by ensuring compliance with standards, procedures, and conformity of test results. 
Supports and advises operational staff as a Technical expert.
 

Main Responsibilities

• Carries out calculations, prepares files and data sheets within his/her scope

• Participates in technical expertise: can take part in job meetings, audits, customer contacts, prepares files in case of disputes/claims, etc.

• Develops project plans: reviews research specifications, secures resources, monitors project progress, and provides regular report to leadership teams

• Ensures the technical promotion of the structure's activities: provides expertise in the analysis and interpretation of results or data

• Ensures technical knowledge of products and methods by employees

• Ensures the development of the technical skills of teams and gathers feedback: ensures the training of technicians if test standards and regulations change

• May participate in innovative projects at Group level

• Manages the technical teams: organizes, coordinates and controls the work carried out in each specific area (calculations, formulations, quality control)

Profile

• Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 4-5 years of experience
