Mission
Purpose of the Job
As the head of the Interface and Coordination Team for the NSCR Project, you will oversee the integration of the Tracks and Overhead Catenary System (OCS) with Civil Works and other subsystems, in technical and construction aspects.
Responsible for the overall technical and coordination of the Project, particularly from the point of view of proper integration of TWK and OCS subsystems with Civil Works, and other subsystems in all technical and operational areas and refer to the System Integration Director and Section Manager from the Consortium.
Responsible for the site activities coordination and sequencing of works, liaising with the planning team.
Responsible for the coordination between interfacing parties for the clash resolution process.
This position offers a unique opportunity to gain extensive knowledge of the railway industry, including Track Works, Power Supply, and OCS systems.

Includes but not limited to the following:
Engineering process knowledge
- Oversee interface management and related documentation (e.g., ICD, IAS, ISD, CSD)
- Coordinate planning and sequencing of Track and OCS activities with internal and external parties
Technical Requirement
- Reports on the activities and progress of his/her Coordination and Interface team
- Prepare regular reports on progress and interface resolution issues and mitigation measures
- Organising, attending, and recording interface and coordination meetings, minutes and following up on interface actions in MOM
- Follows with his/her team on the preparation and updating of Interface specifications, Interface Matrix, ICD, ISD, IAS documents
- Collaborate with contractors, clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to integrate design and construction requirements
- Coordinate with the Section Manager and Planning Manager the good execution of the planning and sequencing of works
Profile
- Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 4-5 years of experience
