BIM Modeler

Mission

Carries out technical studies within the framework of preliminary projects or execution studies in accordance with the technical and architectural solutions chosen, the regulations in force and within the allocated deadlines and budgets. 
 

Main Responsibilities

• Studies the project in coordination with the tenders study officer or the project manager: analyzes the technical points, ensures compliance with standards, ensures the technical design of the project (including variants), models the project with specific software (Autocad, BIM, etc.), sizes the networks, etc. 
• Participates in the development of the methods in the offer or execution phase: execution schedule, earthworks, phasing by taking into account the interfaces between the trades 
• Possibly trains technicians, draughtsmen, design technicians, etc. 
• Plans and conducts research activities: applies engineering principles to the product development process, gathers and analyses results and data, builds test designs, etc.

Profile

Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 4-5 years of experience

Or Significant experience in the field of Technical studies in construction and public works
