Mission

Rolls out the training policy by ensuring the development of employees' skills and the transmission of knowledge within the Group.  
 

Main Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition

  • Ensure that recruitment and selection procedures and practices meet operational needs, legislative and good practice requirements.
  • Be the point of contact for all Recruitment issues and support their recruitment needs from advertising through to onboarding.
  • Develop and sustain effective working relationships with both internal and external customers & suppliers.
  • Participate and lead in job fairs and career events.
  • Provide accurate recruitment reporting and track and monitor recruiting metrics including time and cost.
  • Help build the profile of the employer brand through supporting the wider HR team and business with our attraction strategy.
  • Continually adapt to new sourcing strategies while constantly keeping the needs and objectives of the company at the core of decision making
  • Identify and support driving the company’s employer value proposition
  • Help to lead and facilitate global EDI Projects
  • Develop effective strategies for identifying skills gaps within the workforce including workforce planning and resource forecasting
  • As you will expect the organisation may change from time to time and you will be expected to meet the operational requirements

2. Learning & Development

  • Developing and implementing learning strategies and programs
  • Designing e-learning courses, career plans, workshops and more
  • Maintaining budgets and relationships with vendors and consultants
  • Create and execute learning strategies and programs
  • Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
  • Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
  • Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings
  • Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
  • Help managers develop their team members through career pathing

 

Profile

  • Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 4-5 years of experience
