Project Method Manager
Mission
The Method Manager is responsible for defining, coordinating, and optimizing construction methods across all railway systems disciplines, including Power Supply, Catenary, Track Works, and Signalling. The role ensures that all construction activities are planned and executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with project requirements and standards.
Main Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Define and standardize construction methods for Power, Catenary, Track Works, and Signalling
- Coordinate with the consortium Construction Manager to align on execution strategies
- Support the Project Manager in evaluating and onboarding subcontractors
- Ensure constructability reviews are conducted, and feedback is integrated into design
- Monitor implementation of methods on site and propose improvements
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Provide technical support to site teams during execution
- Contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives
Profile
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in railway infrastructure projects
- Proven experience in construction methods for Power, Catenary, Track, and Signalling systems
Desired Knowledge / Experience
- Strong understanding of railway construction standards and practices
- Experience in reviewing Method Statements and Risk Assessments
- Familiarity with safety regulations and quality management systems
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and project management tools
- Fluent in English; knowledge of local language is a plus
