QAQC Manager
Mission
Guarantees the implementation of the Quality policy by all employees, partners and subcontractors at the various sites in accordance with the Group's values.
Main Responsibilities
- Quality Assurance System:
- Establish and maintain the quality assurance system in accordance with ISO 9001 standards.
- Formulate and implement the Project Quality Plan.
- Develop, review, and revise the Inspection & Test Plan.
- Quality Control Activities:
- Ensure quality of works in accordance with the Quality Management Plan.
- Develop Method Statements, Inspection & Testing Plans, and Checklists.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
- Monitor the implementation of the Project Quality and Environmental Plan.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain quality assurance records and execute periodic inspections.
- Prepare and conduct site inspections and close out reports.
- Coordinate and maintain a non-conformance control system, including issuing non-conformance reports and ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
- Team Coordination:
- Acquaint section personnel with QA requirements and arrangements.
- Audit and monitor QA and Environmental systems for compliance and effectiveness.
- Control and check the status of issue/revisions of QC documents/drawings within the section/on sites.
- Compliance and Standards:
- Verify that all quality-related activities are in accordance with codes and standards.
- Ensure all QA/QC control measures and procedures are documented, implemented, and auditable.
Profile

Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of experience with specialization in quality assurance and quality control.
