- Operate power construction equipment, such as bulldozers, front-end loaders, backhoes, scrapers, motor graders, shovels, derricks

- Control their attachments, such as buckets, swing booms, scrapers and blades

- May be responsible for running large pumps or air compressors

- Control water and air output of pumps and compressors

- May be expected to perform equipment and materials inspections

- Truck driving duties include the delivery of materials to a designated job-site in a safe and efficient manner



- Valid Commercial Driver License (CDL) with DOT Physical Card

- Clean driving record

- Willingness to work weekends and long hours during peak season

- Drug and alcohol free

- Able to work in adverse weather conditions

- Perform a daily pre-trip inspection of assigned vehicle.  Oil and lubricate equipment may be required. 

- Must be able to understand specifications and instructions, both verbal and written

- Knowledge of and strict adherence to safety regulations

- Must know basic maintenance and repair of the equipment they operate
