Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinating all operations in the country in alignment with company’s strategy.
  • Co-creation of the company’s strategy toward growth and expansion.
  • Driving the company internal organisation toward agile, delivery-oriented solutions.
  • Managing all operational side of portfolio in efficient and effective way.
  • Ensuring professional and effective communication between different departments in the company.
  • Ensuring HR Policies implementation and corporate compliance.
  • Encouraging environmental and innovation efforts.
  • Managing Company’s Assets and Projects.
  • Maintenance and verification of the ongoing and new investment activities.
  • Overview over the key processes and construction works on-site.
  • Reviewing of contractors and subcontractors’ strategies.
  • Responsibility for the implementation of organizational culture transparency standards.
  • Supporting internal integration, communication and knowledge sharing efforts.
  • Taking care of the high quality of business relations and delivery.

Requirements:

  • Strong business acumen and experience in c-level responsibilities, demonstrating ability to achieve strategic objectives, overcome challenges and lead through change.
  • Experience and knowledge of Road Construction Sector practices, procedures, compliance, and experience in developing, executing and maintaining direction for the company on the national level.
  • Experienced with company transformation during internal changes or acquisition processes.
  • Higher education - Land Construction engineering background is a must.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty.
  • Ability to react nimbly.
  • Experience in creation and implementation of operational plans, KPI’s etc.
  • Proven ability to lead with integrity, professionalism, trust, and confidentiality.
  • Required blend of pragmatic, operational and broad professional expertise.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken Polish and English.
  • French language skills would be a plus.
