Primary Job Function        
Responsible for all concrete plant operations with sales support.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities               
1.  Manage daily dispatch operations and logistics.        
2.  Manage concrete division personnel including, drivers, plant operators, and dispatch.        
3.  Manage employee hours and plant operation schedule.        
4.  Manage plant maintenance costs, plant process reliability, and subcontractors onsite at plant locations.        
5.  Manage and maintain safe work practices and enforce company policies with no exceptions.        
6.  Manage lab operations to ensure that the correct mix designs are designated to every job.        
7.  Continue in reduced sales role (customer service, collections, etc.)        
8.  Manage communication process between plant and dispatch on a daily basis.        
9.  Perform other duties as deemed necessary or assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities   
Hire, train, plan, appraise performance, reward and discipline, address complaints and resolve problems of plant employees.  Consult with Fleet Manager on concrete driver issues.
1. Minimum 5 years prior concrete sales experience        
2. Knowledge of concrete products        
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
4. Valid driver’s license
5. Ability to influence and persuade others
