The IT Provisioning Technician Analyst is a critical function to providing the first IT contact from Colas ISS with new Colas associates on their first day. This position is focused on customer service and the management of the hardware/software lifecycle of company assets, using an asset management tool.  This position requires you to be fluent in both English and French.

Main Responsibilities

  • Install and configure software/hardware systems that support our operational environment.
  • Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures.
  • Maintain and document computer inventory in the asset database
  • Image and configure computers with appropriate OS and settings using tools such as SCCM
  • Install and configure security for our business applications (JWS Apex, COMMANDseries, OnBase, HeavyBid, HeavyJob…)
  • Create Active Directory accounts through ARU.
  • Ship computers to customers, managing cost and coordinating with regional Technical Support Analysts for delivery when applicable
  • Assist new customers in maximizing their use of our information systems and technology
  • Assist customers with profile and data transition between computers
  • Follow on boarding and off boarding procedures
  • Provide initial new user training on Colas ISS IT tools, procedures, organization and applications
  • Coordinate new hire introductions and hand off to local IT analysts.


  • 3-5 Years of IT related experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or similar required
  • Fluent in both English and French languages required
  • Demonstrated ability to write and maintain processes and procedures
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Acts responsibly and holds themselves accountable for their performance
  • Takes the initiative to fill whatever need they see
