Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Reception duties.
  • Receipting or receiving materials and supplies ordered by PO & non-PO invoices.
  • Manufacturing sales invoices of pit sales, asphalt sales & concrete sales.
  • Cash deposits and worksheets.


The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Excellent computer skills with a strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent organization skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.



  • 3-5 years’ experience in office administration.


The following would be an asset:

  • Some knowledge of JDE system.
  • Experience as an administrative clerk.
  • Post-secondary courses in office administration, accounting/ finance.

Start Date: No sooner than Feb 1, 2022.


Contract length: Maternity leave with possibility of extension.


Hours: 40 per week.
