Mission

The Trainee position is within our West Region, where we are a leader in asphalt paving, products, and heavy civil construction.

The position will report to the supervisor and will be responsible for a variety of duties in and around job site of construction projects. Excellent attendance is crucial for the team to achieve success. The ideal candidate has a proven record of success in fast-paced environments. Must have the ability to work with and communicate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

  • Ability to use equipment  properly and safely
  • Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency
  • Must have an acceptable safety record and be committed to working safely
  • Overtime as required
  • Must comply with the company’s drug and alcohol testing requirements
  • Ability to work with a team and in a fast-paced environment
  • Independent work ethic and professional, positive attitude
  • Good work ethic, professional, and positive attitude
  • Must have reliable transportation to the job site

Profile

The position is part of a Penn Dot trainee program with a great starting rate and excellent benefits package. The positon include 1,000 hours of job experience within the industry.
