Main Responsibilities

Essential Functions

The administrator position will be responsible for the monitoring and improvement of the recruitment process within the organization. This position will focus on sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media, community job fairs and utilizing area schools and career centers as additional channels in which to find qualified candidates.

  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards, schools, and other channels (ColasWay, LinkedIn etc.)
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, job fairs and community outreach
  • Marketing the company presence in our local areas and schools
  • Promote the company’s reputation as best place to work
  • Other duties as assigned

Profile

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either in house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
  • Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information system (HRIS)
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of staff. ​
  • Ability to work well independently and participate as a functioning contributing member of the HR team
  • Self-motivated with the ability to quickly learn new procedures and processes.
  • The ability to respond quickly and effectively to ever-changing situations.
  • Exhibit strong business acumen, skills and maturity and the ability to work effectively with others. ​
  • Highly developed organizational and planning skills, time management skills and written/​oral communications skills. ​
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Education & Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job satisfactorily.
  • Minimum Associate degree and 3 years of related experience in Human Resources Management
  • Experience as a recruiter preferred.
  • 3-5 Years hands on experience preferred
