BIM Engineer

Job Summary

Building Information Modeling (BIM) tasks, including conducting audits and coordinating execution. Responsibilities include producing composite drawings, reviewing technical design and shop drawings, and utilizing Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) for project information exchange. The role may also involve programming and data analytics, building Dynamo scripts, and creating families across various disciplines to enhance team efficiency and ensure cohesive BIM practices.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

1- BIM Modelling Audit & Review

2- BIM Coordination Execution & Review

3- Composite drawings’ Production

4- Executing and participating in programming and Data Analytics is a plus

5- Following up with reviewing / approving received Technical Design and Shop drawings from all partners

6- Using ACC as the CDE for the Project Information Exchange

7-Build dynamo scripts to serve all team is a plus

       8-Create families in all disciplines/ systems

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering,electrical section.

• +5 year's experience in BIM technology support role, including production and coordination, best practices, and workflow.

• A proficiency & very good knowledge in using BIM authoring tools (Revit, CAD & Revit family creation)

• The ability to use simulation tools, aligned with project schedules/programmed to produce 4D simulations such as Synchro 4D or Navisworks.

• Very good Skills in Navisworks Manage to federate, coordinate, clash detect and produce reports.

• Dynamo skills / BIM 360 / Civil 3D experience is an advantage.
