Hourly Rate: $21.00-$35.00 as per union standards
Lafrentz is searching of motivated team players interested in joining our line painting crews. A successful candidate will be hardworking, energetic, and possess awareness of workplace safety. Beyond this, we ask that candidates have willingness to travel and comply with our company policies.
Main Responsibilities
Positions within our long line road painting team vary, however all positions would contribute to painting center, edge, and lane line road markings on major highways and backroads through all regions of BC. When working, travelling, or staying in a hotel all employees are expected to act in a responsible manner while representing the Lafrentz brand name. Accountability to team members is a must. Throughout daily operations you would manage your vehicles upkeep, services, fuel consumption, mileage tracking, and report all safety or mechanical issues to your foreman, then assist in addressing the concerns.
This position runs on a seasonal basis from mid-March to Oct 31 each year. Lafrentz offers a program called earned time off (ETO), which allows employees to receive pay in the Winter months.
*Previous line painting experience/knowledge is an asset, yet not required*
