Minimum Qualifications

  • Working towards an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, SharePoint, MS Outlook
  • Class 5 License required and access to Vehicle. 

Main Responsibilities

A typical day in your role involves coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure materials and resources are delivered on schedule and aligned with project requirements. Throughout the day, you track project costs and production progress, maintaining accurate records to support effective decision‑making. You work closely with foremen and superintendents, assisting them with their daily tasks and helping resolve on‑site challenges as they arise. You also contribute to project planning and scheduling to keep timelines on track. Ensuring that all work complies with contract documents and specifications remains a key priority. In addition, you assist with preparing thorough, accurate, and timely estimates, as well as developing and submitting detailed bid documents, written proposals, and project correspondence.
