Job Summary
Ensures the organization, monitoring and implementation of the entire system and IT infrastructure within his/her scope in order to ensure its efficiency.
Main Responsibilities

Participates in the definition and implementation of the IT strategy: sets up development projects according to the requirements, ensures IT reporting, watches technological developments, etc.

Manages the general day-to-day operations of the organization’s computer systems, networks, programs, infrastructure, help-desk support, databases, and other technologies

Controls the activity of their department: manages the department's budget, plans activities and ensures that schedules are respected, manages subcontracting, supervises the purchase of equipment, etc.

Controls projects: identifies user requirements, ensures monitoring and proposes arbitrations, creates dashboards, defines and plans the maintenance policy, defines the means for internal communication, etc.

Team management: supervises and controls the work of his/her teams, participates in the recruitment and training of their employees
