Job Summary

Main Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial information to ensure integrity is maintained
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
- Participate in external and internal audits as required
- Uphold Colas ethics and business principles
- Ad hoc projects and reporting as needed
Education
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college with a major in accounting, finance, or business administration with a concentration in accounting
Skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Motivated, positive, and professional
- At least three years of accounting experience preferably in the construction and/or manufacturing field
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS
- Must possess excellent skills with Microsoft Windows and MS Office suite, particularly Outlook and Excel (intermediate level, pivot tables, vlookups, if statements, nested ifs, hlookups, sum if/ifs statements, macros, what-if analysis, data validation, etc.).
- Experience with JDE (preferred), Sage, Timberline, or other enterprise construction industry software is a plus
