Job Summary

 

Manages the financial, administrative and management activities within his/her scope in accordance with the policy defined by the Management and alerts in the event of malfunctions. 
 

Main Responsibilities

 

  • Is the guarantor of the proper application of administrative and financial rules and procedures

  • Ensures and controls the preparation of financial statements: controls the accounts (balance sheets, tax returns, etc.), ensures the reliability of the data, anticipates and ensures the link with external organizations

  • Plans, directs and coordinates the planning and preparation of annual operating and long-term capital budgets with an analysis of risks and opportunities

  • Ensures that management accounts and other financial data are available and up to date

  • Can be the interface between the General or Regional Management and the area he/she supervises: advises on financial policy, its application and implementation. Communicates with operations, marketing, HR, IT, and other departments on matters of budget approval and ROI for specific projects

  • Carries out reporting for the management in all areas (accounting, tax, funds, etc.).

  • Leads his/her teams: advises and assists AAMDs in the fields of accounting, taxation, funds, legal, information systems, etc. 

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 6-7 years of experience
