IT Technician

Votre mission

We are looking for an IT Technician.

Responsibilities

•    Install all new technology for the company, including computer operating systems, software programs and applications, new desktops, and other computer hardware                         
•    Administer new user accounts, work email addresses, and access levels to new employees to ensure they have everything they need to work efficiently
•    Diagnose and resolve problems in response to customer reported incidents and requests in a timely manner                                                           
•    Maintain and complete appropriate records for incident resolution
•    Work with end users to identify technology needs that will help streamline their business processes

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or similar.
• 3-5 years of experience as an IT support specialist.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Low code
• Exceptional ability to provide technical support and resolve queries.
• In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
• Proficiency in IT helpdesk software, such as Servicenow
• Strong communication skills, organizational skills, and time management skills
• Excellent customer service skills and desire to help the company succeed
• Fluent in French and dutch
