Project Facility Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the company’s facilities, ensuring all systems, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and security—are functioning efficiently. The role includes developing and executing preventive maintenance plans, coordinating timely repairs, and collaborating with HR, IT, Finance, and other departments to address facility-related needs. Project Facility Supervisor also communicates updates and safety protocols to employees, provides guidance to facility staff, and fosters a productive, professional, and collaborative work environment that supports seamless day-to-day operations.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of the project's facilities.
- Monitor and maintain facility systems, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and security.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal facility functioning.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance activities, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, such as HR, IT, and Finance, to address facility-related needs and requirements.
- Communicate effectively with employees regarding facility updates, maintenance schedules, and safety protocols.
- Provide guidance and support to facility staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Foster a positive working environment by promoting teamwork, professionalism, and open communication.
Qualifications/Experience required

Education: |
Bachelor’s degree of Facility Management, Construction Management, or a relate Field. diploma or/and MBA is an asset. |
|
Experience: |
8+ years’ experience Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Proven experience in facility administration, preferably within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of facility management, best practices and regulations. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Proficient in using facility management software and tools. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment. |

Language Requirements: |
Arabic & English is a must, French is a plus. |
