Main Responsibilities

Requirements & Qualifications

Education & Professional Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Finance, or a related discipline.

• Professional certification (e.g., AACE, RICS, ACCA, CIMA) is an advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 5–8 years of cost control experience within construction, rail, or major infrastructure projects.

• Proven experience on large, complex projects (EPC, Design & Build, or alliance models preferred).

• Strong understanding of cost control processes across the full project lifecycle.

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in cost control tools and software (e.g., SAP, Primavera P6, Power BI, Excel).

• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, earned value management, and cash flow analysis.

• Ability to interpret project schedules and integrate cost and planning data.

• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Leadership capability with experience mentoring junior team members.
