Mission

Ensures the day-to-day management of the operation in compliance with schedules and expected quality. Monitors the operation of computer equipment within the framework of standards, operating methods and security.
 

Main Responsibilities

• Ensures the management of the operation: executes computer work and reproduces the results of the production, monitors the functioning of the resources of the site, monitors the operation of the production systems and tools, controls the quality management of the results, etc.

• Assists with overseeing the planning, research, and analysis of systems development, technology integration, capacity planning, data administration, training, and technical support and service

• Alerts in case of major malfunctions: differentiates between minor and major malfunctions and reports the latter

• Manages incidents and security: manages operational incidents (diagnosis, intervention, alert), performs 1st level troubleshooting application maintenance, informs users, monitors interventions, etc.

• Maintains the general production conditions: ensures the physical security of the data in terms of backup and archiving, manages the necessary hardware resources, etc.

Profile

• Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience

• Or technician level experience (with in-house training)
