Contract Administrator

 

Job Title:             Contract Administrator

Reports To:         Assistant Controller

Responsibilities:

Includes, but is not limited to the following:

  • Provide support to Area Manager and Project Management
  • Cover all front desk responsibilities including:  answering incoming calls and greeting visitors and directing them accordingly.
  • Responsible for processing all contract, sub-contracts, contract billings and sub-contract billings in ERP system.
  • Ability to read and analyze job cost.
  • Secure all necessary approvals and ensure that all standard company procedures are followed.
  • Secure all necessary business licenses and Certificates of Insurance.
  • Review and adjust cost coding for job cost postings.
  • Complete all administrative steps associated with contract closeout.
  • Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
  • Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence.
  • File and retrieve documents and contracts, records and reports.

 

 

Required:

  • Vocational or technical certificate in related field or equivalent training and experience.
  • Effective interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data.
