The northern operations of Miller Paving Limited, centrally located in New Liskeard, Ontario, is devoted to being a great place to work where people are inspired to be the best they can be. Our Northern divisions have also expanded services to include bridge construction as well. A sampling of our wide range of services includes: Roads and highways (new construction and rehabilitation), Bridges, culverts and concrete pavement structures and Entranceways & parking lots.

As a Jr Project Coordinator, You Will:

  • Assist Site Supervisors with the administration of contracts and contractual obligations
  • Setup and operate GPS instruments for layout and as-built capture of road, pipes, excavation, utilities, conduits
  • Collect, organize and record geographic information
  • Help prepare drawings, charts, plans, records, and documents
  • Organize records, measurements, and other survey information
  • Facilitate daily payroll entry, as well as cost tracking and scheduling
  • Adhere to policies and procedures
  • Administrative duties as required
  • Attend meetings related to the project
  • Conduct general labour if necessary

What You'll Bring:

  • Have a valid driver’s licence
  • Ability to perform effective verbal and written instructions
  • Attending or have recently completed post-secondary school in civil engineering or business administration (preferred)
  • Accounting experience would be considered an asset
  • Must comply with non-disclosure practices regarding confidential information
  • Must be able to handle high pressure situations
  • Effective communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills with a high level of dependability
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office software
  • Must be punctual and reliable
  • Must be a team player
