Mission

Be part of this transformative journey and help us create a lasting impact for generations to come! Reporting to the Segment Manager, the Construction Administrative Support plays a crucial role in providing administrative support and technical assistance to the Construction team relating to documentation, data tracking, audit preparation, and communication related to reporting and scheduling. This is an office-based role that helps keep projects organized and ensures the company follows proper standards as per the Project Agreement.

Main Responsibilities

• Maintain filing systems for project records, correspondence, drawings, and technical documentation.

• Provide general administrative support to the Construction team including data entry, schedule follow-up, report preparation, formatting, compliance review, and processing for internal and external stakeholders.

• Maintain and update dashboards and trackers in document management systems ensuring deadlines are adhered to.

• Support internal and external audits by organizing records and helping with preparation.

• Evaluate technical documentation for completeness and compliance with project requirements and standards.

• Act as a liaison between office staff, site teams, and subcontractors to collect and distribute applicable information.

• Support communication and reporting on policies, procedures, and updates.

• Provide office administration duties as required including welcoming visitors, and support the Office Coordinator to managing office supplies, desk assignments and basic maintenance activities.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Office Administration, engineering, or construction related discipline, or a related field. Equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience will be considered

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or technical support role, preferably in infrastructure, engineering, or construction environments.

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook); experience with SharePoint or document management tools.

• High proficiency in proofreading and compiling technical documentation.

• Ability to read and interpret contract specifications, drawings, and other construction related documents.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling technical documents.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.
