Summary
We are looking for a professional and enthusiastic, Human Resource Generalist to join our team.
Based in Edmonton and reporting to the HRBP, the HR Generalist is instrumental in fostering a work environment that upholds the company’s values and promotes employee engagement. The HR Generalist plays a critical role in upholding a HR presence in strategic planning and day-to-day operations. This position will support various business leaders and employees, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of support.
Qualifications
•Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
•Minimum of 5 years of experience in a HR role, with preference for experience in the construction industry or related field.
•Comprehensive understanding of HR practices, employment legislation, and compliance requirements.
•Proficiency in JDE or similar software and/or SuccessFactors with a strong aptitude for learning new systems considered a strong asset.
•Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
•Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
