The Quality Administrator will be responsible for supporting the quality management system, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and assisting with continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.  

 

Main Responsibilities

Maintain and update quality management documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and records.
Assist in the preparation and coordination of internal and external audits.
Monitor and report on quality performance metrics.
Support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Coordinate training sessions related to quality standards and procedures.
Assist in the investigation and resolution of customer complaints and non-conformances.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.

Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in a quality assurance or quality control role.
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
