Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Power Supply Design Manager to lead our power supply engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of power supply systems. This role requires a strong technical background in power electronics, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the power supply design team in the development of innovative power supply solutions.
• Oversee the design, testing, and validation of power supply circuits, including AC-DC and DC-DC converters.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and manufacturing teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Ensure that designs comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide technical guidance to team members.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring successful and timely delivery of power supply products.
• Drive continuous improvement in design processes, methodologies, and tools used within the team.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in power supply technology.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in power supply design, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of power electronics, circuit design, and related technologies.
• Proficiency in design and simulation software (e.g., SPICE, MATLAB, Altium).
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulations related to power supplies (e.g., UL, IEC).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
