About Us
LINK 427 General Partnership is a joint venture responsible for designing, building, financing and operating/maintaining the 427 Expansion project. Upon completion of construction, LINK 427 will provide Operations, Maintenance and Rehabilitation services for the next 30 years to the newly constructed 427 Expansion Project from Finch Ave. to Major Mackenzie Dr.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in an administrative role considered an asset
- Construction/highway maintenance experience, an asset
- Insurance claims experience considered an asset
- Construction/highway maintenance experience considered an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management skills
- Very strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision
Day in the Life
This is a 6 month contractual role providing vital administrative support to the patrol yard and management team, with responsibilities ranging from assisting with payroll duties to pursuing insurance reimbursements related to highway incidents. The individual will coordinate and file paperwork and reports, submit invoices, and ensure clear communication with the Contracting Authority. Daily tasks include creating and maintaining spreadsheets, filing documents and records, and performing general clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, and scanning. The role also involves supporting various tasks and projects as needed, while maintaining a well-organized and efficient office environment. This position requires strong attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and a proactive approach to handling general office and administrative duties.
