Mission

Manages the consolidated activity of entities in a territory and their medium or long-term development by ensuring that performance objectives are met and by analysing the various potential risks.

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensures compliance with and the quality of Health, Safety and Environment policies relating to current legislation, internal rules and procedures
  • Develops and ensures the implementation of the strategy and medium or long-term development of all establishments: validates the establishments' operational objectives and action plans, approves and allocates resources based on business priorities
  • Controls performance and ensures the reliability of reporting: validates all budgets, controls and coordinates all or part of the support functions 
  • Defines and controls the commercial/marketing strategy and ensures the relevance of the deal-making: oversees recurring or daily functions or processes necessary for business execution and identifies opportunities for improvement or efficiencies
  • Anticipates changes and adapts the organization to his/her market: supports change
  • Participates in strategic external growth strategy: develops strategies meant to assist the business in meeting its critical goals and objectives
  • Ensures the management of his/her sector: recruitment, integration, training of employees, monitoring of professional developments, talent management, etc.

Profile

Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 8-10 years of experience
