Main Responsibilities
- Develop detailed architectural models based on sketches, drawings, or design documents.
- Update the BIM model according to design changes and project requirements.
- Import, process, and model from point clouds obtained via laser scanning.
- Coordinate with other disciplines (structural, MEP, etc.) within a collaborative BIM environment.
- Follow project-specific BIM standards (e.g., LOD, naming conventions, families, etc.).
- Generate drawings, sections, elevations, and schedules directly from the model.
- Participate in clash detection reviews and apply necessary corrections.

Bachelor’s degree is a must |

5+ years of experience

Language Requirements: |
Arabic & English is a plus |
