Conveyor Operator

 

PRIMARY PURPOSE:

Conveyor operators tend to control or station, departments, or vehicles to move from the stockpile processing conveyor systems, materials or products. Conveyor operators can control the speed and routing of materials and products.

TYPICAL DUTIES:

Read to ensure product continuously, prevents specified overload weighing conveyor products

Operators controls and levers

Adjusts the gate pumps, conveyor, or auxiliary equipment of position, speed, timing and material flow

Performance issues with weight, type, and quantity of materials and equipment for storage and service interruptions or production data to save

Inform supervisor about equipment failures

Detect equipment malfunctions conveyor operators to maintain conveyor operations and monitor lights, dial gauge, operating level specified for sure

Replaces components, such as repair or equipment or blades, roll or pump

Determine the conveyor operator operating errors and decide what to do about it

Tests processes to evaluate quality and performance of inspection and products and services

Lubricates and repairs as needed

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

 

Worker must be able to:

Monitor the conveyor operator on the gauges, dials, or machine is working properly and other indicators

Understand the point without disrupting the wrong time with proper questions applicable

Use the instructions appropriate for the situation when teaching method training, learning and new, and then select the conveyor operator

Monitor the performance of conveyor operator, to any other person or entity executing improvement or corrective action

Manage other hours of his time and his team

Listen, and understand words and phrases presented ideas and information

Understand and speak to communicate ideas

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Worker must be able to:

Bend, kneel, stoop and crouch

Shovel materials

See well (either naturally or with correction)
