Document Controller
Mission
Guarantees access to documentation and information and provides value-added products and/or services to requesting employees or departments.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensures the monitoring and research of documents relating to the unit's activities: implements the information retrieval strategy, selects information sources, participates in monitoring regulatory, competitive and technical developments, etc.
- Manages information resources and tools: receives all documents (internal, external) in all formats, manages subscriptions, manages classification and indexing tools, feeds databases, etc.
- Develops and produces services and documents adapted to the demands: drafts and distributes summaries, press reviews, bibliography on various media (printed, web, etc.).
- Ensures relations with employees: welcomes, assists and guides requesters, provides training in the use of sources, methods, etc.
Profile
Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 2-3 years of experience
