Water Truck Driver
Subsidiary: Miller Paving Limited
Location: Moncton, NB
About Us:
- Operates the specific vehicles used for the project work in their field of specialty (road, pipelines, rail, etc.) in observance of the safety guidelines.
As a Water Truck Driver, You Will:
- Drive a full tandem truck with 3-5000 gallon water tank
- Measure quantities of water usage
- Assist with safety documentation and payroll submission
- Perform daily inspection of machine; oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, and other equipment
- Loading and unloading goods
- Complete CVOR related paperwork
- Strictly abide by all environmental policies and procedures
- Other duties as required
What You'll Bring:
- Minimum Class 3 with air brake endorsement and driverâs abstract meeting Miller expectations; Class 1 preferred
- 2 to 3 yearsâ driving experience required
- Highway construction signage safety, an asset
- Comply with e-log requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to effectively work within a team environment
- Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to think critically
- Punctual and reliable, with the ability to work overtime and weekends, if needed
- Travel is required
