Senior Bilingual Business Analyst, JDE Payroll

POSITION SUMMARY

 

As a Senior Bilingual Business Analyst, JDE Payroll you will be part of a diversly skilled team who pride themselves in their breadth of knowledge, troubleshooting skills and positive attitudes.   You will help to support and enhance finance software solutions that touch every part of the business. You will assist internal clients with incidents, interacting with them directly on a daily basis, as well as working on change requests, development projects and system maintenance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Assist our Canadian customers in enhancing their use of our information systems;
  • Work with your manager and team to improve existing JDE HCM/Payroll solutions;
  • Capture business requirements and translate processes into clear user documentation;
  • Work with teams and customers to identify software bugs, research and recommend resolutions;
  • Assist with analysis, planning, testing and deployment of software patches and upgrades.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

 

•    Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, business or equivalent;

•    Fluent in French and English (written and oral) is required;

•    Minimum of 5 years of JDE Payroll/HCM experience and good knowledge of Quebec Payroll processes and regulations;

•    Experience with US and Canadian payroll reporting and year end requirements including T4, Releve 1, ROE, W2, ACA, benefits and pensions rules;

•    Ability to analyze trends to improve both the support process and user training;

•    Experience with Microsoft Office Professional Suite and application support.

 

WHAT YOU BRING

 

  • College degree in accounting, HCM, business or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years JDE Payroll/HCM experience, preferably in a business environment
  • Knowledge of and experience with US and Canadian payroll reporting and year end requirements including T4, Releve 1, ROE, W2, ACA, benefits and pension rules
  • Must be bilingual with the ability to read, write and speak English and French.
